Schut Flexible Packaging has invested a lot in modern facilities and techniques, and the environment. We are therefore ISO-9001 and BRC/IOP accredited. The latter shows that all of our processes are safe for food.
With modern machines, Schut Flexible Packaging is aiming at the market requirements: qualitative packaging that protects products and ensures the right exterior for an optimal profile. Through moderne machines, control of processes and automation of logistics and information is considerably increased. We are thus able to capitalize on changing markets.
Our installed machines include:
- W&H flexo-press, a Miraflex 8-colour flexo-pres, including easy set and easy reg.
- Valmet Rotomec 3000-3R ES, a 9-colour gravure press
- Valmet Rotomec SL500, a laminating machine
- Kampf Conslit-2, a slitting machine
- Valmet Rotomec RS 4003 MP, a very advanced 10-colour gravure printing press
